1. FREE DELIVERY is only available when you spend €50 or more.

2. Whilst we will take care to update our website with out of stock items, it may not always be possible in the shortest time. So, if an item ordered is missing from your invoice, it would mean that we ran out of stocks.

3. We will do our best to deliver within 3 working days but with the situation as it is presently, there may be circumstances were this will not be possible. We will call you on the day the delivery will take place. Please understand that it is not always possible to give an exact time of delivery. No deliveries will be made on Saturday and Sunday.

4. We will ensure that none of the items delivered are damaged. Please understand that due to the current situation of the COVID-19 we cannot take back items that have been purchased.
